About This Place

Nestled in the heart of Dallas at 5360 W Lovers Lane, rise soufflé offers a refined yet cozy taste of France that beckons both seasoned food enthusiasts and curious newcomers alike. Specializing in authentic French cuisine with a particular focus on delicate soufflés, this bistro and wine bar delivers an exquisite dining experience infused with Parisian charm.

The magic at rise soufflé starts with their thoughtfully crafted menu, where each dish is a harmonious blend of rich flavors and artful presentation. Guests rave about the Marshmallow Soup—a delightfully whimsical starter that surprises with its sweet yet savory depth. For those eager to explore classic French indulgences, Tara’s Escargot Soufflé marries the pungency of garlic and earthiness of escargot with the light, airy texture of a perfectly risen soufflé, creating a standout appetizer that dances on the palate.

Artisan cheese lovers will find themselves thoroughly satisfied with the Chef’s Artisan Fromage Plate, served alongside perfectly paired accoutrements like house-baked croutons and Grand Marnier-marinated figs, offering layers of salty, sweet, and tangy contrasts. For a main course, elegant options such as the Lobster Soufflé and the perfectly seared Ahi Tuna Steak showcase the kitchen’s deftness in balancing bold and delicate flavors, while the Filet Mignon promises a tender, savory indulgence that doesn’t overpower the senses.

Rise soufflé is a celebration of soufflés in all their glory—and if you’ve never tried one before, this is the place to start. The sweet soufflés, from the tart Raspberry Soufflé to the decadently smooth Chocolate and the fragrant Grand Marnier, melt on your tongue like edible clouds, striking the perfect balance between lightness and richness. The Bread Pudding Soufflé and Classic Crème Brûlée add comfort and elegance to the dessert repertoire, rounding off your meal with finesse.

Guests consistently praise rise soufflé’s attentive, warm service that transports you straight to the heart of Paris. As Travis Blank puts it, the staff’s detailed attention and genuine hospitality create an atmosphere that’s both intimate and first-class, allowing you to feel truly appreciated every step of the way. Whether it’s your first souffle or your hundredth, the staff’s expertise and enthusiasm transform the experience into something magical.

The ambiance is charmingly intimate, perfect for a romantic date night or an elegant gathering with friends. The subtle hum of conversation, the clink of wine glasses, and the intoxicating aroma of fresh French bread and melting cheese set the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable meal. Even those new to soufflés find themselves drawn back—Natalie Valles and her party sampled five different soufflés in one visit, all leaving fully satisfied and enchanted.

Of course, no dining experience at rise soufflé is complete without savoring the expertly curated wine and dessert wine flights, ensuring each bite is complemented by the perfect sip. And for those who like to linger, the rich, bold French Press Coffee beckons—though some patrons note it leans toward a more intense roast, it’s a fitting end for those who appreciate deep, roasted flavors.

In all, rise soufflé is a celebration of French culinary artistry that speaks to the senses and stirs the soul. Whether you’re seeking a gentle introduction to soufflés or an elevated night out steeped in authentic Parisian flair, rise soufflé invites you to indulge in food that’s as light as air yet profoundly satisfying. It’s no wonder that visitors like Jack Calkins and Brittany Toomer have left impressed and eager to return—this Dallas gem truly raises the bar on French dining.

This is one of my favorite places to go. The staff is always so warm, welcoming and appreciative of your business. It truly reminds me of being in Paris. The servers are always first class and take the time to communicate the specials with such detail. The food is always spot on. If you never had a souffle before I definitely recommend trying it. They are not very filling so I recommend a soup or salad to begin with I had the creamed spinach souffle which is now one of my favorites. My friend had the southwest chicken. The southwest chicken wasn't spicy even though they advertise that it is. The ambiance is such a wonderful vibe. I highly recommend this place.

Party of three who had never had a proper souffle arrive and departed very satisfied. We had 5 different souffles on our visit. The escargot for a starter, which was very garlicky and masked the goat cheese well. Then we all ordered separated souffles as the individual entrees: the truffle infused mushroom, the herb and spicy sausage, and the duck special. The mushroom souffle was my absolute favorite! Lastly, a raspberry souffle for dessert which was light and tasty. Decor was super cute and welcoming, not too loud so you are able to have conversations with others.

Incredible. Was in Dallas for lunch, had never tried a Souffle before. Their raspberry souffle with the chocolate sauce was a fantastic addition after their ham sandwich and tomato bisque soup- filling, full of flavor, and a food I will definitely try again! The goat cheese was a welcome addition! The atmosphere is very private and the staff excellent. They treated us with a service that is often not found these days!

This was a new restaurant that myself and friends tried and it was good! I'll have to try another type of souffle when I go back, but the Herb & Spice Sausage was really good! Cute ambiance.

Rise is an excellent restaurant that gives you very characteristic charms. Suffles were excellent but their coffee was not really ideal. We got French press coffee but it's literally burnt coffee flavor. Otherwise, it's pretty good.
